Gradient Background

We serve immigrant African women, children, men, families, and communities in Greater Houston

We are an advocacy, education, referral, and support center for immigrant Africans against domestic violence.

Education

To break the cycle of domestic violence or prevent its occurrence, we provide community outreach and educational resources to empower communities with the awareness tools needed to say NO to domestic violence.

Advocacy

We advocate for the full inclusion of the needs of immigrant Africans in domestic violence service provisions and delivery.

Referral

If necessary, we refer victims or survivors of domestic violence to appropriate community providers of direct services, such as: emergency shelter / food / employment assistance / financial assistance / health / housing / immigration / legal representation / public benefits / services for children.

If necessary, we refer perpetrators of domestic violence to appropriate community support services and programs that focus on ways to stop and prevent violent and abusive behaviors in intimate partner relationships.

Support

We support victims/survivors of domestic violence in their journey to freedom, healing, and empowerment.
